The standard LiFePO4 battery sustains emergency output for at least 90 minutes, meeting EN 1838 and similar code requirements. A 3-hour emergency LED driver version is also available for projects requiring extended backup duration.

Why LiFePO4 instead of NiCd or lead acid?

LiFePO4 offers higher energy density, 2,000+ cycles (versus ~500 for NiCd), no memory effect and better high-temperature reliability - reducing lifetime maintenance cost significantly. Our lithium emergency LED drivers are also lighter and more environmentally friendly.

Can it convert my existing LED fixture into an emergency luminaire?
