How It Works

  1. 24V control power with power boost. DIN rail PSUs deliver clean 24V for PLCs, sensors and HMI panels. 150% short-time boost handles contactor, solenoid and motor-start inrush without oversizing — a 240W unit survives 360W peak loads.
  2. N+1 redundancy for zero downtime. Parallel operation with built-in decoupling lets two or more PSUs share load. If one fails, the others continue automatically — no single point of failure in the control voltage rail.
  3. DC-OK predictive maintenance. Relay contact signaling turns a silent power degradation into a logged PLC alarm before the 24V bus collapses, enabling condition-based maintenance instead of reactive response.
  4. Wide-temperature, DC-capable design. -30C to +70C operation survives factory floor extremes. 120-370VDC input capability supports DC microgrid and battery-backed architectures for continuous process operation.
  5. Emergency and UPS backup. Emergency LED drivers maintain egress lighting for safe evacuation. UPS battery strings sustain process controllers and critical loads through grid disturbances and planned outages.
