How It Works
48V rack-level backup. LiFePO4 telecom batteries (50-200Ah) drop into 19-inch racks for edge data centers and distributed IT rooms. 6,000+ cycle life at 80% DoD means 10-15 years of service — matching server refresh cycles and eliminating mid-life battery replacement.
Central UPS string replacement. High-voltage LiFePO4 UPS strings (192V/384V/409V) replace VRLA in central UPS systems with 3-4x cycle life, 1/3 the volume and 1/2 the weight. Active balancing BMS with CAN/RS485 interfaces reports SOC, SOH and alarm states to the UPS host and DCIM platform.
Rack control power with redundancy. DIN rail PSUs deliver clean 24V/48V for rack-level controllers, sensors and management modules. DC-OK relay contacts convert silent power failures into logged alarms. N+1 parallel redundancy ensures no single point of failure in control voltage.
Thermal and efficiency management. Enclosed PSUs up to 94% efficiency minimize heat load on data center cooling. Fanless convection models suit noise-sensitive edge deployments. -30C to +70C operation covers unmanned and outdoor cabinet installations.
DCIM integration. Smart BMS telemetry (RS485/CAN/Modbus) feeds battery voltage, current, SOC, SOH and cell temperature data directly into DCIM and BMS monitoring platforms — enabling predictive maintenance and capacity planning from real data, not estimates.
